Donna M. Gitter

Professor Donna M. Gitter is a faculty member in the Department of Law at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. She holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in Government from Cornell University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude. Her research focuses on the intersection of technology and ethics, particularly in comparative intellectual property law with emphasis on biotechnology patenting and biomedical ethics in the United States and European Union.
