Donna Biederman is an Associate Professor at the Duke University School of Nursing, where she has taught since September 2013. She is affiliated with the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs.

Her research focuses on social determinants of health, health disparities among vulnerable populations, and structural inequities impacting marginalized groups. Prior to joining Duke, she worked as a Community Health Clinical Nurse Educator in the ABSN program, integrating her expertise in acute and community-based nursing care.
