Dongyuan Zhan is an Assistant Professor at the UCL School of Management, specializing in service operations and strategic behavior analysis. He holds a Ph.D. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), an M.S. in Operations Research from USC, and degrees in Control Sciences and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
