Dongyuan Zhan

Dongyuan Zhan is an Assistant Professor at the UCL School of Management, specializing in service operations and strategic behavior analysis. He holds a Ph.D. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), an M.S. in Operations Research from USC, and degrees in Control Sciences and Engineering from Tsinghua University.

Research Focus: Analyzes service systems with strategic employees/agents, focusing on incentive design and routing strategies to optimize performance. Explores the intersection of operations management and marketing, including probabilistic selling influenced by consumer behavior. Investigates behavioral phenomena in queueing systems.
