Donelle Arthur is a Lecturer at Flinders University, serving as Bachelor of Nursing Course Coordinator since joining in 2020. Formerly an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Darwin, she transitioned to academia in 2015, bringing clinical expertise to nursing education across undergraduate theory and clinical units.

Dr. Arthur's research centers on women's health rehabilitation, particularly stress urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle strengthening through Kegel exercises and resistance training. Her teaching expertise spans pathophysiology, pharmacology, and professional nursing standards, with emphasis on inter-professional learning through Health Simulation.
She has been recognized with First Class Honours for her undergraduate research excellence.
As an educator, Arthur mentors Indigenous nursing students and prioritizes student engagement through curriculum scaffolding.
