Don J. Rath is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, joining in Spring 2024. He teaches undergraduate courses in Financial Accounting (ACTG 11), Managerial Accounting (ACTG 12), and Tax Planning and Business Decisions (ACTG 138), leveraging over 35 years of professional experience in taxation and finance.

Additionally, he teaches in the Graduate Taxation Program at Golden Gate University and contributes to nonprofit initiatives as a board member for a Bay Area organization focused on foster families and youth. Rath is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
