Dr. Dolly Baliunas is a Senior Lecturer in Public Health at the School of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Southern Queensland. She holds a BSc from Western Ontario, MSc and PhD from Toronto. Her affiliations include the Centre for Health Research. Her research focuses on public health interventions, particularly smoking cessation, substance use disorders, chronic disease management, and healthcare policy evaluation.
