Dmitrii Grigoriev is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Saint Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia) and concurrently serves as a Research Associate at the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Geology (Paleontology specialization) and a Ph.D. in Biology from Russian institutions, supplemented by postgraduate training in the Palaeobiology MA program at the University of Opole, Poland.
Research Focus: Dmitrii specializes in the study of mosasaurs (ancient marine reptiles) within the broader domains of paleontology and evolutionary biology. His work integrates traditional paleontological methods with modern approaches like 3D printing technology.
