Divya Shukla

Dr. Divya Shukla is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership & Organisational Behaviour at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton, UK. With 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration across India, Thailand, and Estonia, she leads MBA modules and designs courses on Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Organizational Behaviour. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and an academic member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
