Amit Shukla

Dr. Amit Shukla is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), where he has been serving since 2015. Previously, he was faculty at IIM Shillong (2014-15). His academic journey includes an FPM from IIM Lucknow (2015), MBA from IIM Lucknow (2010), and B.Tech. from ISM Dhanbad (2001). He specializes in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Marketing, with research focusing on psychological ownership, citizenship behavior, and sustainable marketing practices.
