Dr. Divya Janardhan serves as Assistant Professor of Arts Administration, Management, and Advocacy and Area Head of Arts Administration at Texas Tech University's Talkington College of Visual and Performing Arts. Her interdisciplinary research bridges arts management, cultural policy, and creative industries with emphases on cultural policymaking, media-induced tourism, economic impact analysis, and organizational performance.
