Dita Rietuma is an assistant professor and researcher at the Scientific Research Centre of the Latvian Film Academy, where she contributes to academic exploration in film and theatre history. Additionally, she serves as the head of the National Film Centre, shaping Latvia’s film industry through policy and advocacy. Her expertise is recognized internationally, as evidenced by her membership in the European Film Academy and her role as a jury member at global film festivals.
