Dirk Standen

Dirk Standen is the Dean of the School of Fashion at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), a position he has held since 2022. Previously, he served as a Professor of Fashion Marketing and Management at SCAD (2021–22). He leads SCAD's fashion programs, including design, marketing, fibers, accessory design, and jewelry design across Atlanta and Savannah campuses. Standen is a seasoned fashion journalist with contributions to Vogue, Vanity Fair, and other outlets since 2001.
