Dominica Baird

Dominica Baird is the Chair of the Business of Beauty and Fragrance program at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), serving since Fall 2023. She previously held roles including Global Director of Trends at L'Oréal (2016–2023), overseeing global innovation and market insights. Her academic career includes adjunct professorship at The Art Institute of Charleston (2014–2016), where she taught 12 courses and advised students. Additionally, she chaired SCAD's Fashion Department (2015–2016), managing curriculum development and faculty supervision.
