Dirk Bergemann is the Douglass and Marion Campbell Professor of Economics at Yale University, holding a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania (1994). He serves as Department Chair since 2013 and co-editor of Econometrica. His research focuses on game theory, mechanism design, and information economics. At TUM, he is a Hans Fischer Senior Fellow (since 2014), hosted by the Chair of Decision Science and Systems.
