Dionne Laporte is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at King’s College London, affiliated with the ESRC Centre for Society and Mental Health and the Department of Psychological Medicine within the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. She joined the Centre in January 2024 to work on the ‘Enriched Package of Social Intervention for Psychoses’ project.

Her research focuses on health inequalities, social determinants of health, and geospatial analyses in severe mental illnesses. She explores how inequalities manifest geographically and ethnically, with a focus on forensic mental health contexts. Methodological strengths include multilevel modelling and mixed methods.
