Dr. Dina Ghanma is an Assistant Professor in Corporate Finance and Sustainable Finance at the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading, and Director of Postgraduate-Taught Finance. She concurrently serves as visiting faculty at the UCL School of Management, where she supervises MSc Finance dissertations. Her roles include coordinating seven MSc finance programmes and teaching modules on Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Sustainable Finance.
Dr. Ghanma holds a PhD in Empirical ESG Finance (University of Reading), MSc in Financial Research (Distinction), and BSc in Finance and Investment Banking (Dean’s Excellence Award). Her research focuses on ESG integration during financial crises, behavioral finance, and equity market volatility. She has been recognized for innovative teaching methods and subject expertise through multiple awards.
She is a CFA UK Investment Management Certificate holder and pursuing the CFA charter. Her academic leadership includes module coordination, dissertation supervision, and pedagogical research in finance education.
