Dieter Zobl

Prof. Dr. Dieter Zobl is a retired Professor of Private, Commercial, and Banking Law at the University of Zurich, having served as Chair of his department until January 31, 2010. His research focuses on Swiss capital market law and land registry law, with notable contributions to legal scholarship in these areas. He has advised numerous doctoral students, whose theses span topics like financial instruments, corporate governance, and banking regulations. His academic contributions include authored books such as Swiss Capital Market Law and editions of Land Registry Law.
