Daniel Dedeyan

Daniel Dedeyan is a Private Lecturer in Private and Commercial Law, Legal Theory, and Methodology at the Faculty of Law, University of Zurich. He holds a LL.M. from Yale University and a PD Dr. iur. (postdoctoral qualification) in Swiss law. His teaching focuses on capital markets law, with courses offered since 2015, including Capital Markets Law II (V-No. 02VL90WM17-1) during multiple fall semesters. He serves as an attorney-at-law and maintains professional affiliations with Loyens & Loeff, Zurich, while contributing to academic education at the University of Zurich.
