Prof. Daniel Dedeyan is a Full Professor of Financial Markets Law and Dean of the Kalaidos Law School at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences (since 2020). He holds a Doctorate (2003) and Licentiate of Law (2000) from the University of Zurich, with additional qualifications including an LL.M. from Yale Law School (2007). His academic career includes habilitation (2015) and roles as a private lecturer at the University of Zurich since 2015.
Prof. Dedeyan maintains dual professional expertise as a legal practitioner, serving as a partner at Loyens & Loeff Switzerland LLC and practicing self-employed law in financial markets and criminal law since 2008. His research focuses on commercial law, financial regulations, and sustainability law, with recent work exploring legal frameworks for sustainable development.
