Diego Martín Papayannis

Diego Martín Papayannis is a full-time Associate Professor in the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Girona, where he also serves as Vice-Dean. He holds a PhD in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and has held visiting positions at Yale Law School and Bocconi University. He is an active researcher in legal philosophy, particularly in the philosophy of private law, tort law, and law and economics.
