Dr Didem Ozkul is a Lecturer in Digital Media & Society at the Department of Culture, Communication and Media within the UCL Institute of Education. Her research explores the ethical and societal implications of digital technologies, including mobile communication, algorithmic decision-making, and surveillance. She supervises PhD students in areas such as digital ethics, political economy of mobile media, and sociology of space.
