Diana Ingenhoff

Prof. Diana Ingenhoff is a full professor of Communication and Media Research at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), specializing in Communication Management and Corporate Communication. She concurrently serves as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Communication, Culture and Society at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), Lugano, within the Institute of Marketing and Communication Management (IMCA). Previously, she was head of the Center for Corporate Communication at the Institute for Media and Communication Management (mcm institute) at the University of St.Gallen, where she earned her PhD and habilitation.

Her research focuses on reputation management, public diplomacy, social responsibility, crisis communication, and social media strategies. She holds dual academic roles across Swiss institutions, reflecting her extensive expertise in corporate communication and media studies.
