Dr. Dessa David is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Science and Systems, Graves School of Business and Management, Morgan State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Graduate Center, City University of New York (2004), with prior degrees from Brooklyn College (B.S. Computational Mathematics, M.A. Computer Science) and CUNY Graduate Center (M.Phil. Computer Science).
