Derek Talbot is Chair of the Department of Basic Biomedical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Rosalind Franklin University. He joined the faculty in 2001 and coordinates core courses including Neuroscience, Lower Extremity Anatomy, and Structure & Function.
His research focuses on:
- Innovative methods in anatomical education
- Interprofessional approaches to diabetic foot ulcer management
- Health professions pedagogy
He received the Summa Cum Laude honor during his Doctor of Chiropractic studies at National University of Health Sciences.
