Dr. Dennis Hetterscheid is an Associate Professor at the Leiden Institute of Chemistry (LIC), Leiden University, specializing in electrochemistry and catalysis. His research focuses on mimicking bioinorganic multi-electron processes for energy infrastructure, particularly in renewable energy applications like solar fuels and small molecule activation. He leads research in the MCBIM and CASC groups at LIC.
