Denise Davidson is a Professor of History at Georgia State University's College of Arts and Sciences, specializing in modern Europe with a focus on 18th- and 19th-century France. Her research bridges social/cultural history, gender studies, and family dynamics, particularly during the Revolutionary and Napoleonic eras. She directs the Humanities Research Center (HRC) and is affiliated with the Institute for Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
