Amram's research centers on dignity and fundamental rights enhancement in digital contexts, with specialized focus on privacy, data protection, and family law across national, EU, and comparative frameworks. She pioneers work in children's digital rights empowerment and tort liability modernization, examining how technological innovation impacts personal injury compensation paradigms and digital vulnerability mitigation.
Her 2024-2025 publications reveal concentrated exploration of AI policy in education, digital rights standardization, and regulatory oversight mechanisms. Key thematic threads include children's online safety frameworks, EU data strategy implementation in R&D, and cross-jurisdictional harmonization of damage compensation systems, reflecting her dual expertise in legal theory and practical technological governance.
Actively engaged in research leadership, Amram directs the Permanent Observatory on Personal Injury Damages while participating in EU and nationally funded projects on data governance. Her consultancy for the Council of Europe and evaluation role for EU Commission proposals demonstrate significant policy influence. She previously served as Data Protection Officer for both Sant'Anna School and Scuola Normale Superiore (2018-2021).
As core faculty at the LIDER Lab (Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Research on Regulation and Digital Law), she collaborates with international partners across France, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Malta, and the USA.
