Professor Denisa Dulaková, PhD, is affiliated with Paneuropean University's Faculty of Law as a full-time Professor in the Civil Law Department. With expertise in substantive civil law and legal relations to real estate, she contributes to Slovak private law analysis and reform.
Her research focuses on Civil Law, particularly Contract Law and Real Estate Law. Recent studies examine private law recodification, mobile homes legislation, and coworking arrangements under Slovak contract law. Her work appears in both domestic Justičná revue and international publications.
Professor Dulaková teaches core courses including:
