Delphine Nakache is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa, specializing in the French Common Law Section. She is a lawyer and member of the Law Society of Ontario, holding the University Research Chair on Migrant Protection and International Law. Her work bridges academic research and public policy, focusing on vulnerable migrants and legal protections.
