Delaynna Trim is a Lecturer in Art at Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU) and the Curator of Collections at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art. She actively serves on the boards of the Oklahoma Museums Association and Mountain Plains Museums Association, and is a member of the American Alliance for Museums.

Research interests span Art History and Museum Studies, with deep expertise in Medieval Art, Non-Western Art, Contemporary Art, and Religious Art. Her master's thesis analyzed Celtic imagery in Leonora Carrington's paintings, and she has curated thematic exhibits including 'From the Seat of Wisdom: Medieval Art' (2008) and 'Biblical Stories Re-Imagined' (2019-2020), demonstrating interdisciplinary engagement with cultural narratives and artistic symbolism across historical periods.
She teaches OBU's core art history sequence: Historical Survey of Art I (Prehistoric-Medieval), II (Renaissance-Modern), and III (Non-Western).
