Deepika Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Pathology at Yale School of Medicine, Yale University. She completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Mumbai and residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she also served as Chief Resident (2019-2020). Her expertise includes Hematopathology and Renal/Genitourinary Pathology, with board certifications in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology. Her research focuses on cancer histomorphology, immunotherapy response mechanisms, and diagnostic challenges in urothelial and hepatocellular carcinomas.
