Debra Pearson

Debra Pearson is an Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Nutrition & Integrated Health program at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, affiliated with the College of Health, Education and Social Welfare and the Nutrition & Dietetics department. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California-Davis and has conducted research on how growing conditions affect food composition.
