Debra D'Arcy is an Associate Teaching Professor at the College of Nursing, University of Missouri-St. Louis, with a focus on educational leadership and cultural competence in nursing education. Her career spans over three decades in clinical roles, teaching, and professional service.

As a national board-certified Public/Community Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nationally Certified School Nurse (emeritus), she bridges clinical expertise with innovative pedagogy. Her 40+ years of clinical experience include critical care, pain management, and school nursing, while her teaching spans baccalaureate, RN to BSN, LPN to RN, and associate degree nursing programs.
