Deborah Tang

Deborah Tang is a Senior Lecturer and Program Director in the Food and Nutrition department at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point's College of Professional Studies. She has been affiliated with UW-Stevens Point since 2006 and previously served at UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield from 2006-2008.

• B.S. in Nutritional Sciences, University of Toronto (1987)

Her research and teaching focus on food science, nutrition through the lifespan, and women's health. She specializes in foodservice management and community nutrition education.

Deborah Tang has been recognized with a nomination for the Academic Staff Spirit of Community Service Award (2018-2019). She actively engages in campus and community activities through advising and STEAM outreach programs.
