Deborah Streeter serves as the Bruce F. Failing, Sr. Professor of Personal Enterprise and Small Business Management at Cornell University's Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, while also holding an Adjunct Professor of Law appointment. She directs the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship, driving initiatives to advance female entrepreneurial leadership through education and mentorship programs.
Her research pioneers university-wide entrepreneurship education models, specializing in digital pedagogy integration and gender dynamics in business ecosystems. Dr. Streeter champions experiential learning frameworks and active classroom methodologies, leveraging technology to transform traditional educational boundaries and foster inclusive entrepreneurial development.
