Deborah H. Gruenfeld is the Joseph McDonald Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business, holding a PhD from University of Illinois. Her research examines power dynamics, group behavior, and social influence in organizations.
Research Focus: Psychological foundations of power and status, behavioral consequences of social hierarchy, and leadership influence mechanisms. Studies how power affects cognition, behavior, and interpersonal relationships in professional settings.
