Debora Gottardello holds a Lectureship in Human Resource Management/Employment Relations at the University of Edinburgh Business School. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and serves as Programme Lead for the MA Hons in Business with HRM, while also championing disability, race, and religion equity as part of the institution's EDI committee.
