Debbie Harrison holds the position of Professor in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian Business School. She has been affiliated with BI since 2001, starting as a postdoctoral researcher, becoming Associate Professor in 2004, and assuming her current role in 2017. Her academic journey includes a PhD from Lancaster University (1998) and a Bachelor's degree from Liverpool John Moores University (1994).
Her research focuses on inter-organisational relationships, network dynamics, and strategic initiatives in complex business networks. Key themes include resource interaction, contractual governance, network governance mechanisms, and sustainability challenges.
