DeVonne Allen

DeVonne Allen is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work and Associate Director of the Online MSW Program at Quinnipiac University. With over a decade of experience in social work education and 13 years in direct practice with children and families in the foster care system, she specializes in field education, clinical practice, and program administration. Her research examines post-incarceration experiences of mothers and systemic racism in social work education.

Dr. Allen focuses on enhancing community well-being through psychoeducation services, wellness workshops, and anti-racism initiatives. She teaches courses like SW 607 Anti-Racism, Social Justice: Health and Mental Health and contributes to program administration.
