Dawn Russell

Dawn Russell serves as an Instructional Staff Lecturer in the College of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She holds an ADN from Fox Valley Technical College (2010), a BSN from UW Oshkosh (2015), and an MSN in Nurse Educator from UW Oshkosh (2019). She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Her certifications include BLS (valid since 2011) and ACLS (valid since 2011).

Her professional focus centers on nursing education and clinical practice, emphasizing evidence-based teaching strategies and adult learning methodologies. She contributes to curriculum development and clinical skill training within the nursing program.
