Dawn Jansch

Dawn Jansch is a Lecturer in the Nursing Division at Queen Margaret University (QMU). With 16 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse specializing in Coronary Care and Intensive Care at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and Western General Hospital, she maintains strong clinical roots while focusing on clinical skills teaching in QMU's Undergraduate Nursing programme. Currently halfway through an MSc in Professional and Higher Education at QMU, she holds affiliations with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse, Specialist Nurse, and Teacher.

Her professional memberships include Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her teaching emphasizes translating clinical expertise into educational practice, with a commitment to advancing healthcare education standards.
