Ailsa Espie

Ailsa Espie is a Senior Lecturer in the Nursing Division at Queen Margaret University (QMU). She holds qualifications including RN, BSc, MSc, and a Postgraduate Certificate. With over 20 years of experience, her career spans clinical practice in acute care, high dependency, and intensive care, alongside roles in practice development and out-of-hours nurse management.
