Dawn Charlesworth

Dawn Charlesworth is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Service Sector Management at the Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University. With over 14 years of FMCG industry experience in product/process development and commercial management, she specializes in bridging academic research with practical applications for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Her work includes collaborations with the Centre for Food Innovation and roles in the Sheffield Innovation Partnership.
