David Zubia

David Zubia is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), part of the College of Engineering. He is affiliated with UTEP's Community Engagement and Research initiatives in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
