David Woo

David Woo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy at the University of Utah, where he has served since 2020. His research examines school leadership policy, focusing on principal preparation, charter school management, and the intersection of teacher labor policies with educational outcomes. A former high school English teacher in Chicago, he holds a PhD from Vanderbilt University (2020) and M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2015).
