Dr. Shari Fraser is a Clinical Professor and K12 Program Director for the K12 MED and School Leadership Licensure Programs in the Educational Leadership & Policy Department at the University of Utah. She has served in this role since 2020, overseeing student advisement and acting as field supervisor for school leadership practicums.

Her research focuses on school leadership, program implementation, organizational reform, and culture development within school organizations. She has over a decade of experience in program development and field supervision for K-12 leadership cohorts.
Dr. Fraser has been actively engaged in community initiatives, including:
- Mentoring principals and administrative interns (since 2011)
- Co-facilitating the Emerging Leaders Academy with Granite School District (since 2011)
- Partnering with United Way on teacher leadership opportunities (2024)
