Prof. Dr. David Scheer is a W3 Professor of Pedagogy and Didactics in Special Needs Education at Ludwigsburg University of Education, serving as Dean of Studies and Department Spokesperson. He leads the InSchul² project, focusing on inclusive school development in Rhineland-Palatinate, and co-leads FEDIelementary, exploring early childhood inclusion perspectives. His academic roles include prior positions at Heidelberg and Paderborn Universities of Education. With a doctorate from Paderborn University, his expertise spans special needs pedagogy, inclusive education policy, and school leadership.
