David Sariti is an Associate Professor of Violin at the McIntire Department of Music, University of Virginia, where he has been a faculty member since 2005. He is actively involved in performance, education, and historical music scholarship, serving as Director of the period-instrument Baroque Orchestra and previously as Director of Music Performance (2021–2024). He performs with the Charlottesville Symphony as Principal Violin II and collaborates widely in chamber and early music ensembles.
