Professor David Rae is a leading innovator and researcher in entrepreneurship, focusing on human and social dynamics, learning, and small business management. Currently, he serves as Director of the Centre for Enterprise & Innovation at Leicester Castle Business School, De Montfort University. Previously, he held academic and leadership roles at the University of Lincoln (Professor of Business & Enterprise), Cape Breton University (Dean of the Shannon School of Business), and Bishop Grosseteste University (Executive Dean for Research & Knowledge Exchange).
