David Price is an Assistant Professor and Program Director for Early Childhood Education in the Department of Education and Liberal Studies at Carlow University. He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral coursework in pedagogy, teacher education, and early childhood leadership and supervision, while serving as a national accreditation reviewer for the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
His educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Point Park University (2022), a Master of Education from California University of Pennsylvania (2013), and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution (2011).
Dr. Price's research centers on Early Childhood Education Leadership, with emphasis on principal leadership practices, developmentally appropriate leadership models, early grade transitions, prekindergarten program effectiveness, and systemic governance improvements.
